About us

James is an experienced and successful sales professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Commercial, Corporate and Public Sector. Excellent communicator with fantastic negotiation skills, energetic enthusiastic with a proven track record in the Sales and new business. Having worked with Tom in the past, James saw a gap in the market where he could utilise his background in sales to source industry experienced candidates for companies nationally, which led to the formation of FSG!

Outside of work James is father of two and spends his weekends walking his dog ‘Abraham’. He is also a lover of bourbon whiskey!

Tom’s career in recruitment began over a decade ago. Having graduated with a business degree, Tom started out sourcing graduates new roles for various clients across the UK and globally. He then moved into field service recruitment where he built a team of recruiters across various field engineering markets. This eventually led to the birth of FSG, and Tom and the team have now supported hundreds of organisations in sourcing industry experienced talent for their businesses.

Outside of work Tom is a father of three children and a long suffering season ticket holder at Wolverhampton Wanderers!

Having graduated from Aston University of business, Sam joined FSG as a resourcer sourcing candidates for our clients nationally. Sam quickly progressed and now has his own client base as an experienced recruiter. Sam’s focus is delivering an exceptional recruitment service to both his candidates and clients alike!

Sam’s interests are horse racing, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Poker. In fact he was once the president of the Aston Poker society!

Natalie is the HR/Company Secretary at FSG. Having previously worked in the office technology, recruitment and operations sectors, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge to the business on compliance, HR and operational procedures. Natalie’s focusing is ensuring our employees have all the tools required to achieve their dreams! Her infectious personality and general bubbly nature is what makes our office atmosphere a special one!

Natalie is a proud mother of two and loves fine dining! She’s also an excellent cook if you ever need any tips!

Jessica is the creative brain at FSG and manages the company marketing and social media! Jess is a social media expert and also has creative mind putting together designs and marketing collateral for FSG. Jess is responsible for the FSG brand, ensuring the world are aware of our business!

Jess is a proud mother of three, and loves to dance.

Following the completion of his studies, Jack joined FSG as a candidate Resourcer. Jack’s role in the business is to source top talent for our clients nationally. Jack is committed to ensuring all candidates receive an exceptional service when working with FSG.

Outside of work Jack is a keen Aston Villa supporter and avid gym goer.

Abe is our head of security. However, he seems to be more focused on fussing/cuddling the employees and customers as well as eating everyone’s lunch! He may be a big boy but in all honesty he’s not very intimidating!
