Service Delivery Coordinator – US

We are seeking a highly organized Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee the ongoing performance, uptime, and reliability of EV charging infrastructure. The successful applicant will be pivotal in ensuring efficient charger onboarding, maintenance practices, and optimal resource allocation, with a focus on quality and safety standards. You will play a critical role in driving uptime, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Essential Experience

• Previous background scheduling work for field service engineers
• Experience dealing with customer queries and taking ownership of service calls
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
• First class client management skills and the ability to talk non-technical customers through technical issues

Desirable Experience

• Previous background in Service Delivery with experience in managing customer SLA’s
• Understanding of the EV Charging industry and OCPP protocols
• Flexible on working different shift patterns to meet the demands of clients in differing time zones
