Tom’s career in recruitment began over a decade ago. Having graduated with a business degree Tom started out sourcing graduates new roles for various clients across the UK and globally. He then moved into field service recruitment where he built a team of recruiters across various field engineering markets. This eventually led to the birth of FSG, and Tom and the team have now supported hundreds of organisations in sourcing industry experienced talent for their businesses.
Outside of work Tom is a father of three children and a long suffering season ticket holder at Wolverhampton Wanderers!
Having graduated from Aston University of business, Sam joined FSG as a resourcer sourcing candidates for our clients nationally. Sam quickly progressed and now has his own client base as an experienced recruiter. Sam’s focus is delivering an exceptional recruitment service to both his candidates and clients alike!
Sam’s interests are horse racing, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Poker. In fact he was once the president of the Aston Poker society!
