IT Helpdesk Analyst  

We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst for a fast growing and well established IT MSP (Managed Service Provider). The role will be joining the existing helpdesk team based from their vibrant and modern offices based in London.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to both small to large organisations on a variety of technologies
  • Dealing with 1st & 2nd line assigned tickets, providing support via RMM tools
  • Troubleshoot, fix, and escalate incidents as required, ensuring they are resolved within customer service level agreements or against key performance indicators
  • Monitor networks and provide guidance on security risks and improvements
  • Administrate instances on Azure and AWS
  • Administrate SharePoint
  • Log all customer contact in the support ticketing system, maintaining complete information
  • Develop strong product and business expertise of AutoTask/Datto products
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements and processes
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure responses and resolutions to customer problems
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to manage customer interactions

Essential Experience:

  • Experienced in a wide variety of IT technologies such as Microsoft, O365, VMware, Windows environments, office 365, Antivirus/IT Security, configuration and networking
  • Technically sound technician, willing to take on additional training courses and upskill on new and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical people.
  • Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent
  • CompTia, CCNA or CCNP certifications
