Site Manager (Quality Assurance)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site/Quality/Engineering Manager for a large construction project at Sizewell C. In this role we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to work from Sizewell Mon-Fri and oversee the quality of the work being delivered to the end-client.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring and checking daily site progress on the project & taking daily progress photos.
• Responsible for client ITPs, ITRs & NCR resolution.
• Responsible for contractor ITPs, ITRs & NCR resolution.
• Responsible for communicating witness points to the client for onsite quality assurance checks.
• Ensuring the subcontractors work safely & abide by the SZC standards.
• Ensuring the subcontractor installations are as per design.
• Working with the design coordinator to ensure that any quality issues are captured on site & closed out in a timely promptly.
• Responsible for reviewing & approving subcontractor RAMS alongside the construction manager.

Your Background
 

• Minimum HNC or HND in Quality, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
• A degree in Quality, Engineering, or relevant discipline is often preferred
• Proven experience in quality management within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and their implementation.
• Familiarity with UK CDM regulations
