Field Service

  • Work efficiently and professionally to complete daily customer appointments
  • Professionally evaluate products to determine the most appropriate course of repair and provide accurate estimates of required work to F&P customers including: Refrigeration, DishDrawer, Cooking and Laundry system repairs
  • Post approval, repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring a quality repair
  • Electronically complete all tasks and administration duties relating to service work in real time, ensure 100% accuracy and detailed on receipting of parts, closing jobs and Sales Force Lightning process
  • Maintain excellent standard of housekeeping with receipting, consuming and retuning spare parts with 100% accuracy
  • Maintain and manage stock of spare parts inventory to ensure the business proactively delivers a “first-time fix”
  • Process payment transactions on site for services provided and banking monies collected immediately communicate any non-payments the same day
  • Ensure all revenue reconciles to service work completed in accordance with Company procedures
  • Responsible for safe manual handling of goods during service repairs, taking full care and consideration of the customers’ premises including floors and furnishings in around the product
  • Assist the Home Delivery & Installation team as and when required, including changeovers of domestic appliances
  • Commit to continuous development to maintain superior product knowledge including: training, service manuals and online global content and attending NZ quality meetings
  • Responsible for the full operation and safety standards of a company van
  • Ensure all necessary checks are carried out so that the vehicle is safe and legal, fully comply with driver systems and follow appropriate defect reporting procedures 
  • Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness
  • Ensure F&P uniform is clean and in excellent condition at all times

  • Follows all safety instructions, proactively reports hazards and incidents in the workplace, and collaborates with H&S Representatives to continuously improve and develop work safe solutions
  • Ensures all role activities are performed in compliance with country regulations and laws governing business
  • Proactively engages in H&S activities by attending training, workshops or meetings (e.g. H&S Committee) as appropriate with positive contribution to assist the company to continually improve H&S practices
