Electrical Qualified Supervisor
We are currently seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS) for a fast growing and well established electrical services provider based in North London. The right candidate must have all the relevant electrical qualifications and must have previous success on NICEIC assessments.
Duties and Responsibilities 
Duties include managing and carrying out electrical work, surveying, quoting and undertaking electrical testing, repair and installation works, emergency lighting (all aspects), in and around the London area (mostly North London) including Home Counties London.
Your main duties will be to plan, carry out, supervise and produce and check certification for the testing and inspection of commercial, educational and residential buildings as well as repairs and installations as required – all of which will involve reporting on your works; therefore, good diagnostic skills, IT literacyaccurate reporting and written skills are a must. 
Essential Competencies

  • Minimum of 2 years QS experience.
  • To have experience in both Commercial and Industrial environments.
  • Level 3 city and guilds qualification or equivalent.
  • To have 18th Edition (to current amendment).
  • City & Guilds Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of fulfilling the NICEIC QS Role previously.
  • To have a full British driving licence.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft / Outlook etc.
  • Excellent Communication skills.

Nature of work:

  • Carrying out a varied range of electrical testing and installation work
  • To carry out site surveys of Electrical work for quoting and liaise with clients where required
  • Produce RAMS for safe working.
  • Develop toolbox talks in relation to Electrical Works / Certification.
  • Produce compliant certification for electrical work carried out (to NICEIC standards)
  • To provide technical support and assistance in all aspects of Electrical Work.
  • To carry out your duties and responsibilities as appointed person for the Company NICEIC accreditation.

Working Relationships;

  • To liaise with external bodies – (such as NICEIC representatives and Safe contractor etc) as and when required.
  • To work with the company’s management teams, administrators and engineering teams.
