Case Clean Team Leader

This is a field-based, night shift role, working five shifts (Sunday-Thursday), where working hours will be dictated by store closure times

Job Description

In this role, you’ll engage in a variety of activities, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead and organize a team on case cleans and also provide support for the Regional Management. Liaising with Store Managers and ensure case cleans are carried out to the correct specification. Responsible for a van, tools and equipment. You must log on to all systems required for that site and supply a full site audit on every site. You will be needed to maintain effective operation of a case clean. Working under and helping your Line Manager to ensure the smooth running of our operation. Be able to maintain effective working relationships with each customer.

Key Responsibilities

– Leadership within your team and working alongside various team members when required 
– Computer literate as you will be required to document all works carried out via appropriate apps and also be using emails on a daily basis 
– Planning and organizational skills (PPM)
Technical manipulative skills must be able to offer technical support within region
– Must be versatile and must be prepared to work unsociable hours

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

– Experience in the same or a similar role 
– FGAS Cat 4 (Not required but would be a bonus)
– Basic Electrical Training
– Proficient in English at C1 level
– Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
