Refrigeration Manager 

We are currently seeking an experienced Refrigeration Manager for a global Refrigeration service provider. Reporting to the Commercial Director this individual will head up a strategically important division. As the primary technical authority and client interface for all UK refrigeration plant projects, this individual will work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that products are designed and delivered to meet application needs. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership – Overseeing component selection, validating technical specification, offering technical insight into decision making processes
• Client and consultant lead – main contact for consultants, specifiers, and key customers during the design stage
• Overseeing sign off – Approve pack specifications and design standards. 

Key Experience Needed 

• Expertise in Refrigeration Design including experience in pack systems 
• Excellent communicator with experience dealing with key stakeholders and board level clientele 
• Minimum of 10 years working for Refrigeration service providers 

Desirable Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in refrigeration/R&D/ Engineered Product Operational leadership.
