Walking Photocopier Engineer London

We are looking for a Onsite Printer Technician for a leading HP re-seller. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and networking of HP Printers. 
• Supporting internal users with any print issues and IT networking issues. 
• Escalating work to the senior engineer when required. 
• Providing an exceptional customer service.

Essential Experience:

• Previous experience in technical support 
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience working on HP print devices
• Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
