Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for a UK leading Managed Print Solutions company. This role will be joining their existing team working closely with the sales directors to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities alongside this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales managers to apply company sales strategy and achieve targets/KPI’s
  • To have a comprehensive knowledge of the company products, solutions and services.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions for each company in line with client expectations
  • Prepare lease and service documentation and reports and statistical data for accounts and opportunities.
  • Generate sales opportunities for new and existing accounts using appropriate methods to generate opportunities and follow-up.
  • Maintain, protect and support the service revenue stream for the business.
  • Update company CRM records
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Attend exhibitions and sales meetings when required

Essential Experience

  • Background in Managed Print Solutions sales
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding targets and KPI’s

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in a re-seller of Managed Print Solutions
  • Background offering a wide variety of products in office technology (Print, Telecoms, IT)
  • SAAS, DAAS experience would be advantageous.
