Senior Field Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Engineer to join a world leading manufacturer of EV Charging Equipment. This role will play a key part in the companies development within the US marketplace as they continue to expand their service offering within this country. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the setup and commissioning of equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with OEM technical specifications and safety standards.
• Carry out installation checks for sub-contractor installations, producing snagging reports and communicating directly with client, OEMs and contractors.
• Offer 3^rd line technical support to our managed estate of OCPP electric vehicle charging infrastructure, as well as managing commissioning activities to onboard new sites and chargers
• Monitor service KPIs and SLAs to ensure uptime, response time, and issue resolution rates to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Essential Experience 

• Electrically qualified with experience in EV Charging systems
• Previous experience working in commercial  environments 
• Flexible on travel and overnight stays 

Desirable Experience

• Experienced with electrical installation, maintenance and service
• Experience supervising and overseeing service teams and engineers in the field
